Recruiting Standards

All recruits must fill out an application showing they have agreed to our ROE and COC.  All recruits are then required to play with the clan on Teamspeak 3 (Real time talk program with a mic - download link below), for a minimum of a month. During this time the Officers and Admins will judge the recruit on his / her ability to play within the Clan ROE and COC.  Then the Officers and Admins will post an opinion of the recruit in either the Officer's forum or Admin forum.  Once all the required personnel have posted and the time requirement is met, the Officers will vote on the recruit.

All recruits should understand that any extenuating circumstances may require the time requirement to be lengthened, such as the recruit not being able to play with the required personnel. This decision will be made by the Officers.

Note: the clan does make an exception to the over 18 age requirement. However, that being said, the person requesting consideration for this exception must be VERY MATURE and expect to be scrutinized for at least a month before they would be CONSIDERED for recruitment. All Officers and Admins would have to play with and give an opinion of affirmative before the person would be allowed to begin recruitment. This decision would be voted on by the Officers and is final. No vote is a rubber stamp and all those invited to vote, that have a reservation about a player will be taken seriously.

Further to this the clan founder and the officers reserve the right to ask any recruit or member, if they have an identified trait, which that person refuses to correct, to leave the clan.
